With a background in instructional design, organizational leadership, and hands-on training coordination, I specialize in creating impactful learning experiences that drive performance, engagement, and growth. My approach blends strategic thinking with a deep understanding of how people learn, adapt, and lead—resulting in training that not only educates but empowers.

I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Leading Innovation, and I’ve led learning strategies across industries including manufacturing, military, and service-based environments.

2021 BFS First Team Certificate of Appreciation: For exemplifying the Builders FirstSource Core Values of safety, people, integrity, customers, excellence.
2017 Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal: For professional achievement while serving as Trumpet Instrumentalist, Loading Chief, Sergeant of the Guard, Supply Chief, and Police Sergeant for the 2D Marine Division Band, Headquarters Battalion, 2D Marine Division, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina from August 2014-August 2017. Through his tour, Sergeant Collier performed with the band in over 500 military ceremonies, parades, and concerts including 28 performances as a solo bugler. As Loading Chief, Sergeant Collier successfully moved over $500,000 in unit property for 250 performance sites worldwide without loss, damage, or injury to personnel. Additionally, as Sergeant of the Guard, Police Sergeant, and Supply Clerk, Sergeant Collier was pivotal in maintaining complete building security, healthy working conditions for the band’s 50 marines, and 100% accountability of the unit’s $2.3 million in assets. Sergeant Collier’s initiative, perseverance, and total dedication to duty reflected credit upon himself and upheld the highest traditions of the Marine Corps and the United States Naval Service
